On September 29^, 2012 over 150 Designers, Students, Industry Partners and supporters of the Florida South Chapter gathered at the beautiful Naples Botanical Garden http://www.naplesgarden.org/ to award the 2012 Design Excellence Awards, recognize our chapter’s members and install the 2012-2013 Board of Directors. With a record number of design projects being entered this year, the high quality of interior design taking place in Florida continues to remain at the top of the industry and throughout the United States!

Real World Design Week is a national mentoring program offering both hands-on and online learning experiences to introduce students to the real world of interior design. The program is designed to educate the next generation of designers and provide them exposure to professional practices and access to career development training.
