This resort is located on south Hutchinson Island with the Atlantic Ocean and beach on the east side of the property with cabanas, hammocks, and a tiki lounge. On the west side of the property is the intracoastal with sports fishing, jet skis, and small boat rentals. Additionally there are grass tennis courts, an executive golf course, fitness center, a lap pool and a tram that conveniently takes you all around the property. You won’t need a passport but you will feel like you are in the Caymans so bring your flip flops, swim suit and a hat because there are 3 pools plus the beach. Bring your family or friends because they can participate in fun activites or relax while you are in class. Rentals of bicycles, tennis rackets and
golf clubs are available.

A product expo will be on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon with many of the vendors featuring green products.  A cocktail party will be held in the product expo room on Friday evening.  Friday night we will have a “Past Presidents Appreciation BBQ Luau pool side to include entertainment by steel drum.  The product expo will continue Saturday from 10 – 2 with lunch included.  LEED classes and the mandatory 2 hours of advanced codes are among the class offerings.  The entire weekend is planned to be casual and fun except  Saturday night.  This will be semi formal/dressy business attire affair for the Design Excellence Awards and installation of officers.  It will include a sit down dinner with dancing to a live orchestra band that plays latin, pop, and top 40 that is certain to have you dancing the night away!  This and all events are open to all attendees to sign up for!  It’s a weekend offering that is sure to please all attendees.
